The Spirits Business' competition The Gin Masters is considered by many to be the most important gin competition in the gin's home country of Great Britain. Here, medals are awarded in gold, silver and bronze, and on very special occasions the title Master. This is only given when all judges have given a gin top score. This summer, Vidda Dry gin went all the way to the top and received a Master, and this is the first time a Norwegian gin has achieved this award.
In September, the stage was set for The Travel Retail Masters from the same organizer, often referred to as the World Cup for duty-free liquor. Once again, Vidda Tørr gin went all the way to the top and took home a Master award.
We at the distillery are of course incredibly proud of this.
